A Spicy Cauliflower

Ingredients

  • spicy cauliflower nourish bowl:
  • 2-3 cups greens
  • i used butter lettuce & arugula)
  • kelp noodles tossed in coconut oil, coconut aminos and turmeric and heated on a skillet for 2-3 minutes
  • spicy cauliflower:
  • toss cauliflower florets with 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1-2 tsp @sietefoods Hot sauce (or your favorite clean sauce)
  • 2 tsp ground turmeric
  • black pepper and Himalayan sea salt

Preparation

  1. Roast on a baking tray lined with parchment paper for 25-30 minutes or until browned and lightly crispy
