Thin and Crispy Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • 3 tbsp creamy almond butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3/4 cup paleo flour or almond flour
  • 3 tbsp extra dark chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • Sprinkle of sea salt

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. In a large glass bowl, mix maple, almond butter and oil.

  3. Add flour and stir in chocolate chips.

  4. Add baking soda, powder and sea salt.

  5. Spoon onto a lined baking tray, leaving enough room between cookies to allow them to expand.

  6. Bake at 350 for 12-13 minutes.
