Thin and Crispy Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 3 tbsp creamy almond butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 3/4 cup paleo flour or almond flour
- 3 tbsp extra dark chocolate chips
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- Sprinkle of sea salt
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a large glass bowl, mix maple, almond butter and oil.
Add flour and stir in chocolate chips.
Add baking soda, powder and sea salt.
Spoon onto a lined baking tray, leaving enough room between cookies to allow them to expand.
Bake at 350 for 12-13 minutes.
