Apple & Cinnamon Granola

Ingredients

  • apple & cinnamon granola:
  • 3 dl oats
  • 3 dl muesli (or more oats)
  • 2 dl boiled water
  • 0,5 dl peanut butter
  • 0,25 dl agave syrup
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 dl pumpkin seeds
  • 1 dl sunflower seeds
  • 0,5 dl hazelnuts
  • 0,5 dl pekan nuts
  • 1 dl cranberries
  • 1 dl dried apples

Preparation

  1. In a bowl, add the boiled water, agave syrup, peanut butter, salt and cinnamon

  2. Stir

  3. Then add the rest of the ingredients except the dried fruits

  4. Blend everything together and lay it out on a baking tray

  5. Bake at 150 degrees for about 35-45 min

  6. Stir the granola a few times during its time in the oven

  7. When the granola is done, add the dried fruits and there you have it

  8. Yummy ”fall vibe” granola

  9. Perfect with some vegan yoghurt or on top of a smoothie bowl
