Avocado and Oyster Mushroom Toast

Ingredients

Guacamole

  • 1 avocado
  • 100g chickpeas
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • Lemon juice
  • 1-2 tbsp water

Oyster mushrooms

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3g fresh chili
  • 1 garlic clove
  • Fresh basil
  • 100g oyster mushroom

Bread

  • Sourdough bread

Preparation

  1. Mix all guacamole ingredients in a high-speed blender.

  2. Fry the spices in olive oil for the oyster mushrooms.

  3. Add the oyster mushrooms and fry until golden.

  4. Spread the guacamole on sourdough bread and top with the fried oyster mushrooms.
