Becamel Sauce
Ingredients
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2tbsp flour and 480ml milk
- nooch
- nutmeg
- salt
- pepper
- bay leaf
Preparation
I made my leftover chilli into a Mexican lasagne
I made a becamel sauce with 3 tbsp olive oil, 2tbsp flour and 480ml milk
I then added nooch, nutmeg, salt , pepper and a bay leaf
Much prefer it this way than with butter
