Becamel Sauce

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2tbsp flour and 480ml milk
  • nooch
  • nutmeg
  • salt
  • pepper
  • bay leaf

Preparation

  1. I made my leftover chilli into a Mexican lasagne

  2. I made a becamel sauce with 3 tbsp olive oil, 2tbsp flour and 480ml milk

  3. I then added nooch, nutmeg, salt , pepper and a bay leaf

  4. Much prefer it this way than with butter
