Blueberry Nice Cream Bowl
Ingredients
- 2 frozen bananas
- 1 tsp blue spirulina
- 50g vegan white chocolate
- 2 tbsp roasted hazelnuts, chopped finely
- 1 1/2 tbsp coconut flakes
- frozen blueberries
Preparation
Blend the bananas and spirulina until smooth. Add a splash of plant milk if needed.
Melt the white chocolate and pour it into silicone shell molds.
Serve the nice cream with roasted hazelnuts, coconut flakes, blueberries, and white chocolate.
