- a big chunk of ginger
- handful of watercress (packed w/ antioxidants, vitamins and nutrients)
- probiotic vanilla powder
- raw reserve powder
- 1/2 cup papaya
- lots of cinnamon
- 2 tbsp of almond butter and coconut water
