Cherry Oat and Almond Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup of oats
  • 1 tbsp of golden flaxseed
  • 1/4 cup of frozen cherries
  • 6 almonds
  • 1 tsp of almond butter
  • Juice of 1/2 a lemon (optional)
  • 1 cup (250ml) unsweetened almond milk

Preparation

  1. Place all ingredients into the blender and pour over 1 cup (250ml) unsweetened almond milk. Stir and leave to soak for 30 minutes if you have time.

  2. Then blend until smooth, thick and creamy.

  3. We like to sprinkle with cacao nibs for a bit of crunch.
