Chocolate Mousse Smoothie Bowl with Raspberries and Coconut

Ingredients

  • 2 frozen bananas, sliced before freezing
  • 1/2 frozen large avocado, diced before freezing
  • 15g @awesomesupps Choc & Nut Vegan Protein Powder or any chocolate-based protein powder
  • 15g @naturya cacao powder
  • 15ml @sweetfreedomuk Liquid Syrup or maple syrup
  • 40-60ml @alpro unsweetened almond milk, start with 40ml and add more if needed

Toppings

  • frozen raspberries
  • chocolate granola or any granola
  • @naturya cacao nibs
  • @sweetfreedomuk chocolate spread or any low calorie chocolate spread or chocolate sauce
  • toasted coconut flakes or desiccated coconut

Preparation

  1. Blend the smoothie ingredients together in a high-speed blender until completely blended; it may take time, so avoid adding more milk prematurely to maintain texture.

  2. Top the blended mixture with granola, frozen raspberries, cacao nibs, toasted coconut flakes, and chocolate sauce.
