Dark Chocolate Raspberry Oatmeal Breakfast

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup vegan milk
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder
  • 3/4 mashed ripe banana
  • 1 tbsp maple or agave syrup or coconut sugar
  • pinch salt
  • 1 tbsp creamy almond butter
  • handful fresh or frozen raspberries

Toppings

  • remaining banana
  • raspberry yogurt
  • fresh raspberries
  • chia and hemp seeds
  • square of dark chocolate
  • almond butter

Preparation

  1. Cook all the ingredients from the 'Ingredients' list over a hob (stove).

  2. Top the cooked oatmeal with the items from 'Toppings'.

  3. Enjoy your meal!
