Dehydrated Banana Rolls with Peanut Butter and Raisins
Ingredients
- 4 big bananas
Filling
- 3 tablespoons peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon agave nectar or rice syrup
- 1/2 cinnamon from Ceylon
- 32 raisins
- 1 tablespoon pure water
Preparation
Ensure bananas are ripe and totally yellow but not dark brown.
Peel the bananas and cut them in half.
Place the banana halves in a dehydrator net sheet with the round side down.
Set the dehydrator to 41 degrees Celsius and dehydrate for 12 hours, moving them after 4 hours to prevent sticking.
Meanwhile, prepare the filling by measuring all filling ingredients into a blender and blending them together.
After dehydration, spread the filling evenly on the inner surface of each banana half.
Place 4 raisins on the cream for each banana half.
Roll the banana halves into rolls.
Serve with a sprinkle of cinnamon on top.
