Dehydrated Banana Rolls with Peanut Butter and Raisins

Ingredients

  • 4 big bananas

Filling

  • 3 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon agave nectar or rice syrup
  • 1/2 cinnamon from Ceylon
  • 32 raisins
  • 1 tablespoon pure water

Preparation

  1. Ensure bananas are ripe and totally yellow but not dark brown.

  2. Peel the bananas and cut them in half.

  3. Place the banana halves in a dehydrator net sheet with the round side down.

  4. Set the dehydrator to 41 degrees Celsius and dehydrate for 12 hours, moving them after 4 hours to prevent sticking.

  5. Meanwhile, prepare the filling by measuring all filling ingredients into a blender and blending them together.

  6. After dehydration, spread the filling evenly on the inner surface of each banana half.

  7. Place 4 raisins on the cream for each banana half.

  8. Roll the banana halves into rolls.

  9. Serve with a sprinkle of cinnamon on top.
