Ingredients

  • 2 cups chickpea flour⁣⁣
  • 1 tsp baking powder⁣⁣
  • 1 tsp salt⁣⁣
  • 2 tsp garam masala⁣⁣
  • 1.5 tsp cumin⁣⁣
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric⁣⁣
  • 1/2 tap garlic powder ⁣⁣
  • medium sized sweet potato⁣⁣
  • 1 courgette ⁣⁣
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped ⁣⁣
  • 1/2 cup peas (frozen)⁣⁣
  • 1/2 cup chopped red pepper⁣⁣
  • you can substitute any veggie you like! ⁣⁣

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 250c⁣⁣

  2. In a large bowl, mix together dry ingredients (first 7 ingredients) it took me about 11/4 cups of water⁣⁣

  3. Grate all the veggies - including the skin! add to batter ⁣⁣

  4. Using a tablespoon, take scoops of battered veggies and drop onto the well oiled baking sheet⁣⁣

  5. Bake for 8-9 minutes, then flip and bake another 10 minutes, until golden brown⁣⁣
