Fruity Smoothie Bowl for Breakfast and Snacks

Ingredients

  • 2 frozen bananas
  • Handful of frozen strawberries
  • A little soy milk (can substitute with almond or rice milk)
  • Optional: susprofoods protein bars
  • Blueberries
  • Raspberries
  • Almonds
  • Chocolate
  • Hemp seeds

Preparation

  1. Blend the frozen bananas, strawberries, soy milk, and optional protein bars.

  2. Pour the smoothie mixture over prepared overnight oats.

  3. Top with blueberries, raspberries, almonds, chocolate, and hemp seeds.
