Garden Goddess Veggie Sammy

Ingredients

  • any green goddess dressing, preferably thick⁣⁣
  • sliced cucumber⁣⁣
  • julienned carrots⁣⁣
  • sweet peppers⁣⁣
  • sliced avocado⁣⁣
  • smoked mozzarella*⁣⁣
  • baby arugula (the og version uses sprouts)⁣⁣

Preparation

  1. To make the sandwich, spread out about a tablespoon of dressing on a slice of bread

  2. Top with cucumbers, then carrots, then sweet peppers, then avocado, then top with smoked mozzarella and arugula

  3. On the bottom of the other slice of bread, spread out the remaining dressing

  4. Top the sandwich and enjoy!⁣⁣
