Gooey Peanut & Caramel Crunch
Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups soft pitted dates
- 1 cup raw peanuts
- Topping: Chocolate icing
- 2 cups avocado
- 1 cup soft pitted dates
- 1/4 cup raw cacao powder
- 1 1/2 tablespoons raw agave nectar
- 1 1/2 tablespoons cinnamon powder
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence
Preparation
Process dates (make sure they are soft or you could break your machine) into a paste
Then add raw peanuts and process again to break peanuts into pieces and stir them into the date paste
Spread layer evenly into one half of a rectangular cake tin
Process into chocolate icing. Spread chocolate icing evenly onto the first layer. Cut into brownies and serve
