Gooey Peanut & Caramel Crunch

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups soft pitted dates
  • 1 cup raw peanuts
  • Topping: Chocolate icing
  • 2 cups avocado
  • 1 cup soft pitted dates
  • 1/4 cup raw cacao powder
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons raw agave nectar
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons cinnamon powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence

Preparation

  1. Process dates (make sure they are soft or you could break your machine) into a paste

  2. Then add raw peanuts and process again to break peanuts into pieces and stir them into the date paste

  3. Spread layer evenly into one half of a rectangular cake tin

  4. Process into chocolate icing. Spread chocolate icing evenly onto the first layer. Cut into brownies and serve
