Easy Raw Vegan Brownie

- 1 cup raw peanuts
Topping
- 2 cups avocado
- 1 cup soft pitted dates
- 1/4 cup raw cacao powder
- 1 1/2 tablespoons raw agave nectar
- 1 1/2 tablespoons cinnamon powder
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence
Preparation
Process the dates into a paste, ensuring they are soft to avoid damaging the machine.
Add the raw peanuts and process again to break them into pieces.
Stir the peanuts into the date paste.
Spread the mixture evenly into one half of a rectangular cake tin.
Process all topping ingredients into a chocolate icing.
Spread the chocolate icing evenly onto the first layer.
Cut into brownies and serve.
