Layered Aqua Breakfast Jar
Ingredients
- 2 cups non dairy milk⠀
- 3/4 cup chia seeds⠀
- 1/4 cup agave nectar or maple syrup⠀
- 2-4 tbsp vegan blue food coloring ⠀
- 2-3 tbsp matcha ⠀
Preparation
Whisk the non dairy milk, chia seeds and sweetener and place in the refrigerator overnight
Divide the pudding in 3, for the blue pudding add 3 tbsp of the food colouring and for the 'aqua-green' one add some blue food colouring and the matcha
Makes about 2-3 jars
