Layered Aqua Breakfast Jar

Ingredients

  • 2 cups non dairy milk⠀
  • 3/4 cup chia seeds⠀
  • 1/4 cup agave nectar or maple syrup⠀
  • 2-4 tbsp vegan blue food coloring ⠀
  • 2-3 tbsp matcha ⠀

Preparation

  1. Whisk the non dairy milk, chia seeds and sweetener and place in the refrigerator overnight

  2. Divide the pudding in 3, for the blue pudding add 3 tbsp of the food colouring and for the 'aqua-green' one add some blue food colouring and the matcha

  3. Makes about 2-3 jars
