Low FODMAP Green Bean Buddha Bowl

Ingredients

  • Spinach
  • Arugula
  • 1 cup green beans
  • 1/2 cup white potatoes
  • Turmeric
  • 1/4 avocado
  • Olive oil
  • Kelp seasoning

Preparation

  1. Steam the green beans until tender.

  2. Sauté the white potatoes with turmeric until cooked.

  3. Arrange spinach and arugula in a bowl as the base.

  4. Add the steamed green beans, sautéed potatoes, and sliced avocado to the bowl.

  5. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle kelp seasoning over the top.
