Low FODMAP Green Bean Buddha Bowl
Ingredients
- Spinach
- Arugula
- 1 cup green beans
- 1/2 cup white potatoes
- Turmeric
- 1/4 avocado
- Olive oil
- Kelp seasoning
Preparation
Steam the green beans until tender.
Sauté the white potatoes with turmeric until cooked.
Arrange spinach and arugula in a bowl as the base.
Add the steamed green beans, sautéed potatoes, and sliced avocado to the bowl.
Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle kelp seasoning over the top.
