Mango Peach Vanilla Chia Fluff with Granola and Fruit
Ingredients
- 1 cup oat milk
- 2 heaping tablespoons chia seeds
- approximately 1/4 cup oat milk
- approximately 1/4 cup frozen peaches
- approximately 1/4 cup frozen mango
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- dash of cinnamon
Toppings
- granola
- fresh fruit such as papaya and figs
Preparation
Soak 1 cup of oat milk with 2 heaping tablespoons of chia seeds overnight.
In the morning, add the soaked mixture to a blender.
Add approximately 1/4 cup more oat milk, approximately 1/4 cup frozen peaches, approximately 1/4 cup frozen mango, 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder, and a dash of cinnamon to the blender.
Blend the mixture well.
Top with granola and fresh fruit.
Note that the texture is similar to a smoothie bowl but even better.
