Mashed Potatoes with Carrots and Gravy

Ingredients

  • one cup of vegetable broth
  • 1-2 of soy sauce/tamari or liquid aminos
  • 2 tbsp of rice flour
  • freshly ground pepper to taste
  • fresh or dried herbes of your liking

Preparation

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a pan

  2. Be sure that the water is cold when you mix in the rice flour, the latter will clump if the water is too hot

  3. Stir until the sauce is creamy

  4. If you want the sauce to be even creamier (?) add one teaspoon of almond or cashew butter or tahini
