Mi So Happy (Soup)⁠

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp miso paste⁠
  • 1/2 liters boiling water⁠
  • noodles enough for 2⁠
  • 150g edamame beans⁠
  • Handful mushrooms of chouce
  • 6 frozen lotus roots⁠
  • 1/2 chili⁠
  • black sesame seeds⁠
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce⁠

Preparation

  1. He simply added the miso paste to the boiling water, then cooked the noodles in it and just before they were done he added the rest of the ingredients

  2. You can play with the ingredients and measurements however you like
