My Favorite Green Smoothie Blend
Ingredients
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1/2 frozen courgette
- 2 frozen spinach cubes
- handful of lettuce
- dash of cinnamon, turmeric & Spirulina powder
- chia seeds
- heaped tsp of maca powder
- 1 scoop of protein powder (I used strawberry cheesecake from @theproteinworks)
- 1 cup of hemp milk, rest water
Preparation
Add all the ingredients to a blender with a splash of milk or water until desired thickness is reached
