My Favorite Green Smoothie Blend

Ingredients

  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/2 frozen courgette
  • 2 frozen spinach cubes
  • handful of lettuce
  • dash of cinnamon, turmeric & Spirulina powder
  • chia seeds
  • heaped tsp of maca powder
  • 1 scoop of protein powder (I used strawberry cheesecake from @theproteinworks)
  • 1 cup of hemp milk, rest water

Preparation

  1. Add all the ingredients to a blender with a splash of milk or water until desired thickness is reached
