Nutella Stuffed Protein Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 1 scoops of vanilla @petite_protein
  • 1/2 cup noshu sugar free pancake mix
  • 10g Queens sugar free maple syrup
  • * 1/2 banana
  • * 1/4 mixed berries
  • * 30g Bulla reduced fat vanilla ice cream

Preparation

  1. In a bowl mix 3 Egg Yolks (keep your Egg Whites off to the side), almond milk, Protein Powder and Pancake Mix

  2. Using a whisk or hand mixer, beat your Egg Whites until stiff peaks

  3. Add your Egg Whites to your other bowl and lightly mix them together

  4. Spoon some mixture into the pan and place your Nutella disc on the top. Then top with more pancake mixture

  5. Cook until golden on both sides, then repeat 2 more times
