Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon mixed seeds
  • 1 teaspoon coconut flour (optional)
  • 1 cup diced mango
  • 1 cup liquid (1/2 milk+1/2 water)
  • smidge of nut butter
  • vanilla extract or preferred flavour. .

Preparation

  1. Mix everything well and set it in the fridge to eat a chilled breakfast straight from the fridge
