Overnightoats
Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon mixed seeds
- 1 teaspoon coconut flour (optional)
- 1 cup diced mango
- 1 cup liquid (1/2 milk+1/2 water)
- smidge of nut butter
- vanilla extract or preferred flavour. .
Preparation
Mix everything well and set it in the fridge to eat a chilled breakfast straight from the fridge
