Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats (50g)
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon mixed seeds
  • 1 teaspoon coconut flour (optional)
  • 1 cup diced mango
  • 1 cup liquid (1/2 milk+1/2 water)
  • Smidge of nut butter
  • Vanilla extract or preferred flavour
