Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1 cup @bobsredmill almond flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup almond milk @malkorganics
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil or melted coconut oil
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup or sugar of choice
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • more oil to grease your pan/skillet, if necessary.

Preparation

  1. Combined all together

  2. Scoop the batter onto the warm skillet and add blueberries and strawberries, cook for 2 to 3 minutes until small bubbles, carefully flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes

  3. Topwith @miyokoscreamery butter and warm maple syrup

  4. Enjoy
