Peanut Butter and Banana Oat Smoothies

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of oats
  • 2/3 cup of canned coconut milk
  • 1/3 cup of filtered water
  • 2 bananas
  • peanut butter

Preparation

  1. Take first 3 ingredients, add to high speed blender and mix well

  2. Put in fridge for 4 hours

  3. Once time is up add desired amount of peanut butter, swirl it around and enjoy ???? #threebunnies
