Ingredients
- your favourite bread (I used wholegrain)
- peanut butter
- banana
- flax seeds
- oat flakes
Preparation
Optionally toast the bread or use it untoasted.
Spread peanut butter on the bread.
Add banana slices on top.
Sprinkle flax seeds and oat flakes for omega 3 benefits.
