Delicious Peanut Butter Custard with Coconut and Vanilla
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup plant milk
- 2 Tbsp peanut butter
- 2 Tbsp corn starch
- 1 cup coconut milk, full fat
- 3 Tbsp maple syrup
- a pinch of salt
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a pot
Simmer and stir the mixture for 6 minutes
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour
