Peanut Butter Custard

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup plant milk
  • 2 Tbsp peanut butter -2 Tbsp corn starch
  • 1 cup coconut milk, full fat
  • 3 Tbsp maple syrup
  • a pinch of salt

Preparation

  1. Simmer+stir for 6 minutes/refrigerate at least 1 hour
