Potato Wedges with Avocado Dip


  • Potatoes
  • Oil
  • Salt
  • Smoked paprika
  • Garlic powder
  • 1 avocado
  • Handful of cherry tomatoes
  • Cilantro
  • Chili flakes
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • Juice of half a lemon


  1. Preheat the oven to 225C/435F.

  2. Cut the potatoes into wedges and mix in a bowl with some oil, salt, smoked paprika and garlic powder.

  3. Pour the potato wedges onto a lined baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes.

  4. In a blender, blend together 1 avocado, a handful of cherry tomatoes, cilantro, chili flakes, 1 clove of garlic, and the juice of half a lemon until smooth.

  5. Serve the potato wedges with the avocado dip.
