Potato Wedges with Avocado Dip
Ingredients
- Potatoes
- Oil
- Salt
- Smoked paprika
- Garlic powder
- 1 avocado
- Handful of cherry tomatoes
- Cilantro
- Chili flakes
- 1 clove of garlic
- Juice of half a lemon
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 225C/435F.
Cut the potatoes into wedges and mix in a bowl with some oil, salt, smoked paprika and garlic powder.
Pour the potato wedges onto a lined baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes.
In a blender, blend together 1 avocado, a handful of cherry tomatoes, cilantro, chili flakes, 1 clove of garlic, and the juice of half a lemon until smooth.
Serve the potato wedges with the avocado dip.
