Protein #Snacks

Ingredients

  • 0 grams of cashew butter(any nut butter would work)
  • 30 grams of @happywayau protein powder
  • 15 grams of coconut flour
  • Handful of chocolate chips(optional)

Preparation

  1. Mix all the ingredients, try and optionally add 1 tbsp of liquid sweetener like maple syrup

  2. Refrigerate for half an hour for the dough to firm up

  3. After the time is up roll it into balls(if it still too sticky add a little bit of coconut flour)

  4. I usually leave them overnight in the fridge to get the best flavour and texture but you can enjoy straight away
