Quick and Nutritious Pecan Oatmeal Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups oats
- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- 3 tbsp pecan nut butter or other nut butter
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans + extra for topping
- A pinch of salt
Preparation
Mash the bananas in a bowl and add the remaining ingredients.
Mix everything together and form 8-10 cookie shapes using your hands.
Place the cookies on a baking sheet and press a whole pecan nut on top of each cookie.
Bake the cookies for 20 minutes at 180°C (375°F).
Remove from the oven and let them cool for 15 minutes before enjoying.
