Steamed Cabbage Wraps with Fresh Vegetables and Dipping Sauce
Ingredients
Dipping sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp black vinegar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- thinly sliced ginger
Wrap filling
- 3 Chinese Arrow Head
- 1 small daikon
- 2 Sweet Crunchy Chillies
- 1 Red Bell Pepper
- 2 Scallions
- 1 Celery
- 4 Portobello Mushrooms
- 1 tbsp Cornstarch
- 1 tsp Garlic
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- shallots
Preparation
Roughly chop all the ingredients.
Add cornstarch, sesame oil, soy sauce, white pepper, and salt to taste.
Wrap the mixture and steam for about 10 minutes.
Use a bamboo steamer for best results to keep the vegetables green.
Serve with the dipping sauce.
