Steamed Cabbage Wraps with Fresh Vegetables and Dipping Sauce

Ingredients

Dipping sauce

  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp black vinegar
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp brown sugar
  • thinly sliced ginger

Wrap filling

  • 3 Chinese Arrow Head
  • 1 small daikon
  • 2 Sweet Crunchy Chillies
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper
  • 2 Scallions
  • 1 Celery
  • 4 Portobello Mushrooms
  • 1 tbsp Cornstarch
  • 1 tsp Garlic
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • shallots

Preparation

  1. Roughly chop all the ingredients.

  2. Add cornstarch, sesame oil, soy sauce, white pepper, and salt to taste.

  3. Wrap the mixture and steam for about 10 minutes.

  4. Use a bamboo steamer for best results to keep the vegetables green.

  5. Serve with the dipping sauce.
