Toast English Muffin

Ingredients

  • onion
  • mushroom
  • tofu
  • black salt
  • pepper
  • turmeric
  • cheese
  • toasted English Muffin

Preparation

  1. Sautée onion on frying pan

  2. Add mushroom to sautée once onions soften

  3. Season a slice of firm tofu with black salt, pepper, and turmeric. Add to frying pan. Flip after a few minutes and top with cheese. Cover pan with lid to allow cheese to melt

  4. Smother your fave veganaise onto the toasted English Muffin

  5. Top bottom of English muffin with cheesy tofu egg, mushroom, onion, and optional ketchup
