Vegan Snickers Mug Cake

Ingredients

  • 1/4 Cup Whole Wheat Flour
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 4 tbsp Vegan Milk
  • 2 Teaspoons Natural Peanut Butter
  • 1 1/2 Teaspoons Maple Syrup
  • 1 Teaspoon Dark Chocolate Chips
  • Sprinkle of Flakey Sea Salt

Preparation

  1. Combine whole wheat flour, baking powder and cinnamon in a ramekin or small mug. Mix.

  2. Add the rest of the ingredients except dark chocolate chips and sea salt, and mix until a cake batter is formed.

  3. Top with chocolate and sea salt as desired.

  4. Microwave for one minute and five seconds. Enjoy.
