Vegan Snickers Mug Cake
Ingredients
- 1/4 Cup Whole Wheat Flour
- 1/2 Teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1/2 Teaspoon Cinnamon
- 4 tbsp Vegan Milk
- 2 Teaspoons Natural Peanut Butter
- 1 1/2 Teaspoons Maple Syrup
- 1 Teaspoon Dark Chocolate Chips
- Sprinkle of Flakey Sea Salt
Preparation
Combine whole wheat flour, baking powder and cinnamon in a ramekin or small mug. Mix.
Add the rest of the ingredients except dark chocolate chips and sea salt, and mix until a cake batter is formed.
Top with chocolate and sea salt as desired.
Microwave for one minute and five seconds. Enjoy.
