Vegan Pancakes with Almond Milk and Maple Syrup

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups flour
  • 4 tsp baking powder
  • 4 tbsp oil
  • 4 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 2 1/2 cups almond milk

Preparation

  1. Mix the flour and baking powder together.

  2. Add all of the other ingredients and about 1 cup of milk.

  3. Mix thoroughly to get rid of any lumps.

  4. Gradually add the rest of the milk.

  5. Cook the batter on a griddle or pan.

Serving

  1. Serve with strawberries, soy yoghurt, and maple syrup.
