Vegan Pancakes with Almond Milk and Maple Syrup
Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 4 tsp baking powder
- 4 tbsp oil
- 4 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 2 1/2 cups almond milk
Preparation
Mix the flour and baking powder together.
Add all of the other ingredients and about 1 cup of milk.
Mix thoroughly to get rid of any lumps.
Gradually add the rest of the milk.
Cook the batter on a griddle or pan.
Serving
Serve with strawberries, soy yoghurt, and maple syrup.
