Ingredients

  • This one is so easy to make too; just mix soy yoghurt with a 1/2 tsp of beetroot powder and top with frozen berries
  • crunchy nuts and a drizzle of tahini or your favourite nut butter
  • To make the crunchy nuts and seeds
  • - Toast a handful of almonds, peanuts, walnuts, pumpkin seed and sunflower seeds in a pan for a minute
  • - Add a pinch of cardamom and mix well. - Turn off the heat and add a spoonful of maple syrup. Make sure everything is well coated. - Pour onto parchment paper and sprinkle with sea salt. - Leave for about 10-15 mins to get crunchy
