Zucchini Fritters with Chickpea Flour and Algae Oil
Ingredients
- 2 cups zucchini, grated
- 2 tablespoons rice flour
- 4 tablespoons chickpea flour
- 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
- Salt, to taste
- 2 tbsp Thrive Algae Oil
- Green chili, to taste
Preparation
Add salt to the grated zucchini and let it sit for 5 minutes.
Squeeze the liquid from the zucchini and transfer to a bowl.
Mix in rice flour, chickpea flour, red chili powder, turmeric, green chili, a touch of oil, and salt.
Heat pan with Thrive Algae Oil. Shape the batter into little fritters, place in the pan and cook until both sides are browned.

Use chickpea flour for 24g protein per cup.
