Colorful Dish of Fried Rice
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups of short grain brown rice
- 1 tbs sesame oil
- 1 clove of minced garlic
- 1/2 cups of thinly sliced carrots
- 1/2 cup of peas
- 1/2 cup of edamame beans
- 3/4 cup of oyster mushrooms
- 3/4 tsp of chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp of garlic
- 8 tsp of soy sauce
- 1/cup of bean sprouts
- a handful of sliced green onions
How to steps
In a medium sized pot cook rice
Before rice is ready heat a large cast iron pan on medium, add sesame oil and garlic, cook until fragrant
Next add carrots, peas, and edamame beans, cook for 5 minutes
Add mushrooms into pan, cook for 3 minutes and lower heat to medium low
Now that the rice is ready add into skillet with vegetables, stir well and add seasonings and soy sauce, fry rice in pan for about 5 to ten minutes
Turn off heat and add bean sprouts and green onions, garnish with black sesame seeds, and enjoy❤??? #threebunnies
