Crispy Golden Cinnamon Fried Potatoes Dish

Ingredients

  • 3-4 larger potatoes (peeled and cubed)
  • 1-2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Preparation

  1. Put all the ingredients in a bowl, mix well and let it marinate for about 15 minutes.

  2. Heat a skillet on high heat.

  3. Add potatoes and let fry for about 2 minutes (may need a little more oil).

  4. Cover the pan and reduce heat to medium; allow to steam for about 2 to 3 minutes.

  5. Remove cover and fry, stirring occasionally, until potatoes are tender, brown and crispy.

  6. Do not cover at this stage of frying because they will get soggy.

  7. Enjoy the dish.
