Roasted Cauliflower

Ingredients

  • cauliflower
  • xtra virgin olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • maple syrup

Preparation

  1. Oast at 425 degrees F for 20 minutes. Using a fork or tongs rotate each floret 180 degrees so the other side has a chance to sear. Roast another 10-15 minutes until golden brown and crispy. Devour
