Easy Braised Beef Chuck Roast for Tacos

Ingredients

  • Boneless beef chuck roast
  • Garlic
  • Kosher salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • Red onion
  • Water

Optional spices

  • Any extra spices, such as Mexican Fiesta seasoning

Preparation

  1. Season the beef chuck roast with garlic, salt, and pepper.
