Slow Cooker Cauliflower and Chickpea Curry
Ingredients
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1/2 cauliflower, chopped
- 2 tins chickpeas
- 1 tin chopped tomatoes
- 1 tin coconut milk (scoop the coconut cream from the top and add in about half of the remaining water)
- 2 tsp tikka curry powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 2 bay leaves
Preparation
Pop all the ingredients into the slow cooker and cook on low for a 8 hours
