Afternoon Snack of Superfood Popcorn


  • Only problem is that I cannot stop eating it!! I mixed 1/4 cup of organic locally sourced honey with 1/4 cup no sugar peanut butter and heated it on the stove. Then I simply poured it over 6 generous cups of popcorn and mixed it up. I threw in some gojis and sunflower seeds. To make it extra delicious I made a homemade cacao sauce with 1/2 cup each of coconut oil
  • Navitas Naturals Cacao Powder
  • and maple syrup. Add in a tsp or so of vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp of chlorella
  • and a generous pinch of sea salt
  • drizzle chocolate over popcorn mixture that has been spread out on baking sheet
  • top with crumbled @Dangfoods toasted caramel coconut chips
  • and chill until chocolate is hardened. Happy Friday everyone
