Asian Noodle Salad

Ingredients

  • sliced Napa cabbage
  • sliced purple cabbage
  • sliced red bell pepper
  • sliced green bell pepper
  • spiralized carrots
  • Jalapeño/chilis
  • sliced green onion

Preparation

  1. Make the dressing: 1/4 cup of tamari, 3 tbs of agave, 2 tsp of rice vinegar, 2 tsp of seas oil, 1 tsp of ground ginger, 1 tsp of garlic granules

  2. Whisk together all ingredients for dressing in a small bowl and set aside

  3. Add all veggies into a large salad mixing bowl and set aside

  4. Prepare noodles according to package directions and drain. Mix well into veggie bowl and pour in dressing. Toss, serve, and enjoy
