Crackers

Ingredients

  • 1 small papaya
  • 2 cups celery pulp
  • 1 cup mung bean sprouts
  • 1 orange bell pepper

Preparation

  1. Food process all ingredients. It works best if you do the papaya & bell pepper first to create a liquid & then drop in the sprouts & pulp

  2. Smooth the batter onto a nonstick dehydrator sheet & score with a knife depending on the size you want. I like them about bite size

  3. Dehydrate at 115F on the nonstick sheet until you can flip it onto the mesh tray. Then dehydrate until completely dry
