Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup hemp seeds
- 1 cup pitted soft dates (220g)
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 cup tahini
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
Preparation
Place oats in food processor, pulse few times to break down oats into coarse powder
Add rest ingredients & mix until it’s a thick dough
Line small square baking pan with parchment paper
Press dough into pan, ensuring you press down evenly and get it as flat as you can
Bake at 180 degrees for 25 mins or until golden brown, then let it cool
Cut into 16 squares & enjoy!
