Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats⁣⁣
  • 1 cup hemp seeds
  • 1 cup pitted soft dates (220g)
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut⁣ ⁣
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup⁣
  • 1/2 cup tahini
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt⁣⁣

Preparation

  1. Place oats in food processor, pulse few times to break down oats into coarse powder ⁣⁣

  2. Add rest ingredients & mix until it’s a thick dough⁣⁣

  3. Line small square baking pan with parchment paper⁣⁣

  4. Press dough into pan, ensuring you press down evenly and get it as flat as you can⁣⁣

  5. Bake at 180 degrees for 25 mins or until golden brown, then let it cool⁣⁣

  6. Cut into 16 squares & enjoy!⁣⁣
