Hemp and Tahini Bars
Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup hemp seeds
- 1 cup pitted soft dates (220g)
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup tahini
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
Preparation
Place oats in food processor and pulse a few times to break down into a coarse powder.
Add the remaining ingredients and mix until it forms a thick dough.
Line a small square baking pan with parchment paper.
Press the dough into the pan, ensuring it is even and flat.
Bake at 180 degrees for 25 minutes or until golden brown, then let it cool.
Cut into 16 squares and enjoy.
