Homemade Vegan Pizza with Vegetables
Ingredients
- 0.5 cup warm water
- 1.5 cup all purpose flour
- 0.5 tsp salt (optional, skipped by user)
- 1 tsp sugar
- 0.5 tsp yeast
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil (sunflower oil used)
Toppings
- Dolly's pizza sauce
- 1 big green bell pepper
- half a medium size onion
- tiny bit of cauliflower
- vegan garlic sauce (made from garlic, olive oil, lemon)
Preparation
In a food processor, combine dough ingredients and knead until smooth.
Let the dough rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F).
Roll out the dough on a floured surface.
Spread pizza sauce evenly over the dough.
Add sliced bell pepper, onion, and cauliflower as toppings.
Drizzle with vegan garlic sauce if desired.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until crust is golden and toppings are tender.
