Mushroom, Tomato & Potato Rosti Ciabatta

Ingredients

  • Aubergine
  • Courgette
  • Mushrooms
  • Peppers

Preparation

  1. Simply cut the vegetables into thin slices

  2. Place on a baking paper and season with Black pepper, Salt, and Garlic

  3. Drizzle with a little bit of olive oil and then place into the oven on medium heat. Grill/Roast until the vegetable looks brown and soft

  4. Next, slice your delicious bread, and on the bottom slice add some hummus

  5. Add all your veggies

  6. Top with mustard and you're good to munch
