Paninis

Ingredients

  • Boiled chickpeas 2 cups
  • 1tsp garam Masala
  • 1tsp pomegranate powder
  • Corriander leaves
  • 1/2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 turmeric powder
  • Salt as per your taste
  • Tomato puree 1 cup
  • 1tsp ginger crushed
  • 3,4 garlic chopped
  • Water 1 cup

Preparation

  1. Soak chickpeas overnight in water and in the morning boil them for at least 15 mints .. I use pressure cooker

  2. Then in a non stick frying pan put some coconut oil, ginger , garlic and fry till few mints add salt and add tomato puree .. keep it on flame for 10 mints stirring it time to time .. add chickpeas, pomegranate powder, lemon to it and cook it again for 5 more mints .. chickpeas are ready to eat add some fresh corriander leaves. .. easy and quick recipe sorry had to edit I will post paninis ingredients later as instagram has limitations for words I guess
