Perfect Tofu Scramble


  • 1/4 tsp of kala namak/black salt (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tbsp oat milk
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder


  1. Crumble the firm tofu into a pan, add everything else, warm on a medium heat, stirring until combined and has the desired texture. Add a little more milk if needed
