Quinoa Chickpea Burger Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 inch of ginger, diced
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic, diced
  • 1 red chilli, de-seeded and diced
  • 11/2 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp chilli powder
  • 1 cup of cooked quinoa
  • 2 cups chickpeas, mashed
  • 1/4 cup roasted ground cashews
  • 1/2 cup chickpea flour

Preparation

  1. Super easy to make with these ingredients at home, mix ingredients together in food processor, form the patties and bake in oven for 30 minutes on 350 degrees

  2. Add some on a toasted bun with tomato slices and romaine lettuce
